Stolen Product!
Tried to order multiple times only to have item be cancelled or out of stock. Finally was able to pick up item and was ecstatic. Item was ready for pickup, but store did not have it. Waited upwards of a half an hour to be told they “couldn’t find it.” Someone very likely stole a hat— absolutely pathetic. This drop was absolutely ridiculous and it has only shown that Target and the Pokemon company do not care about anyone. Beyond disappointed and frustrated with this whole affair.

I would give zero stars if possible! I got a notice from Target that my item was back in stock. I immediately clicked and paid for it, and then received notice that they were processing my order. I waited to hear that it was ready to pick up, instead they let me know that it was now out of stock!! I’m assuming someone working at the store grabbed it since the store wasn’t even open yet to customers. Very poor customer service.

Great product horrible launch
This hat is great, with that said, this in-store launch was horrible. 5 minutes before going in we were told no jackets. Then we get in to people swiping everything. my son pushed through for the hats because one lady was putting them all in her cart. I agree with everyone. I have watched Pokemon and loved it since it came out when I was 10. Now my kids love it too. why make this experience such garbage. Also, how the products were sold changed one day before. I thought Saturday would be for in-store and Sunday was for online. this was changed to some in-store only while others were online. The Mew and Eevee hat then changed the drop date to June 6. what the heck. This whole campaign was run so poorly that the person running should be fired.
