Was there actual fragrances that were supposed to be in this box, in this huge hole where there's nothing? Now I have to drive all the way back to Target 🤬

I received one of these as a gift and loved it so much I bought another one . You can control them their app and set times that you want the scent to activate each day ! I set mine for a couple ours before I arrive home and keep it running for about 2 house after I get home ! My house smells amazing ! Love this product ! Worth the investment !

This is perfect for a bedroom! I like the ease of using the app and the ability to switch between 2 different scents. You can also see the levels of your scents so you know when to order new scents or replace. There is a light on it but you can switch it off through the app. I do that when I go to bed so that the light won’t bother me while I’m trying to sleep. A plus is that one of my favorite scents from another company is available for Pura. I would have given it 5 stars if the scents were more affordable. I feel like they are pricey for how little they are.

I would need 3 or more to scent my open space kitchen/livingroom. 1 unit, I suppose would suffice a 1/2 bath or smaller bathroom, 2 for an average bedroom. The scents are nice but the whole program is way too expensive to scent my home. It’s back to HomeGoods candles for me.

Obsessed with Pura products! This is my 2nd diffuser. Despite the mixed reviews, from my experience, works really well in most rooms with 8-9’ ceilings and not so much in my 2-story living room. I really love how you can set schedules and my kids get a kick out of changing the color of the light on top 😆 will continue to purchase!

I am sensitive to synthetic fragrance so I was very excited to try this despite feeling like it was somewhat costly. I tried lavender and Asian spice. Lavender was ok but the asian spice was very perfumy, somewhat like a man's pit stick. Neither sat well with me. I think I would prefer more simple scents. I got some on my hand while installing and my daughter would not let me sit in her room.

I have no clue whether the product works or not. I’m ashamed in Target for packaging used products and re-selling them like this. This item will not even cut on for me to use it. This is unacceptable! Returning, along with the 2 refills I bought as well.

Mine stopped working a little over a year after buying it. I will be replacing it with a diffuser that’s a little more robust. Most of the scents I tried were harsh, but maybe I just didn’t pick right. The array of options is staggering and half the fun is deciding which ones to get!

Completely stopped working after a month and the company won’t honor the warranty because I can’t find the Target receipt. Now I’m stuck with all these vials of fragrances that I bought. Wouldn’t spend the money and buy one again.

Hello! I am sorry your diffuser stopped working. I would recommend going back to Target and returning or exchanging the item as long as you are still within their return window.

My husband and I work from home and I came aware we had gone nose blind. Not that our house smelled bad but it just smelled liked what we had cooked for dinner the r night before. Now, our house smells fresh and welcoming when you walk it. I was happy to see this in-stores which is how I purchased. I picked up two studio McGee scents as well. The setup was a breeze and I have it linked to my Google home. I have a schedule going and now I’ve set it and forgot it. It’s easy to update if things change. For example, I don’t run it on the weekends when I’m usually lighting candles instead. I finally feel like I’m one of those people who has a signature scent of their home. I’ve already purchased more scents via the shop app with my shop cash! I will be buying another diffuser in my future!

If you want a simple diffuser, this is Not the item to purchase. You need the app to program the diffuser, once I did that it kept going offline, tried troubleshooting to no avail. I unplugged & returned.

Why does target sell this device in stores but not the refills? Makes zero sense. You can buy the diffuser in store but there’s not any scent inserts sold in store.

Hi Katie! Target does sell the refills in stores but they have sold out faster than expected. We are working to get more refills to stores ASAP. In the meantime you can purchase refills on Target.com!

Hi Kc - did you try adjusting the scent intensity in the app? You can turn up the intensity if you are unable to smell the fragrance.
