My baby has a sensitive stomach and has no problem with it. Tiny meat morsels and easy to chewy bites are perfect for those tiny teeth and those dogs of senor age. My little terrier loves it. Never go back to anything else.

The vet said it's because he has a sensitive digestive tract and recommended switching to this food. My poor baby was literally getting sick from eating the Pedigree I was feeding him before.
