Beautiful at first but...

I loved this when I first got it! It was so beautiful and very comfortable. After a few weeks I started noticing some pilling (before we had even washed it) and after maybe 2 months it’s completely covered in horrible pilling. It looks old and disgusting now. I’ve had it for 7 months and it looks like it’s a 10 year old comforter. I expected so much more for the cost.
