The Iselin platform storage bed is proof that a sleek, sophisticated look can also be warm and inviting. The low profile and clean angles of the bed are hallmarks of its mid-century modern-inspired design. The sturdy wood frame of the Iselin is finished in and complemented by the fabric upholstery of the headboard. The unique headboard is composed of two cushions side by side, with generous foam-padding and handsome edge piping. The bed also features a hidden storage compartment underneath six lifetable boards that you have the option of screwing closed or not. This hidden storage compartment is ideal for storing extra linens, pillows, quilts, or clothing. The Iselin will give your bedroom or guest room chic and relaxing vibes. A: The storage space has the following dimensions: 26.77L X 30.2W X 9H. The dark gray pillows are the 2 side-by-side cushions for this headboard. The headboard is 61.4" wide and 32.1" tall (including the legs). The cushion dimensions are approximately 15.1" wide X 22" tall.

DISLIKE - Fell apart in under 1.5 years, underbed storage is very difficult to access, once the wood decal is damaged you'll get woodchips, made too long that the bed is always sliding forwards. LIKE- pillow headboard is supportive and didn't break down, wood decal print is pretty so long as not damaged.

Easy to build but the instructions came ripped and didn’t help much. Kinda of expensive for the quality. Nice storage, but the cushions are smaller then I expected

Initially I was a bit worried by some of the negative reviews, but since the look of this seemed to be exactly what I was looking for, I decided to give it a try. Happily, everything worked out unexpectedly smoothly, with assembly taking just over two hours -- I am a 29 year old male with no carpentry experience. The instructions were in two parts and one was wrinkled, but the assembly process was intuitive enough that this wasn't an impediment. The frame appears sturdy -- I have done a couple bed-dives and so far it's held up. Definitely a positive recommendation from where I'm standing.

I purchased this thinking it looks nice and the storage would be a plus but it turns out its a complete joke! Sure it looks nice but the "storage" is covered by 6 panel boards which hold the bed. These panel boards are NAILED down so there is no way to store things unless you physically remove the mattress (no hydraulics), unscrew the panels one by one, only to re-screw them to put back when done. Not to mention 2 of the panels (by the headboard) are useless as they are tucked under a supporting board. Instructions are also incorrect as they tell you to use a hex Allen tool when its actually a Phillips. Forgot to add that the bed is unstable since the particle is cheap, uneven and very light. dont do it.

It was dropped off the truck during delivery and it broke, so I had to send it back. That said, it looks like it would chip or split very easily. It also looks very cheap; it doesn’t appear to have any real wood on it anywhere, not even as veneer. I didn’t like it.

Looks great & very sturdy! Didn’t come with directions (unsure if they just forgot to send them with it) but i called & they emailed me the directions instantly. Easy to build!
