Q: what is the height from the floor to the top of the side rails? Also is the back of the headboard covered with the same fabric as the front or something different?

A: The height from the floor to the top of the side rail is approx.. 13.5". Yes, the back of the headboard is upholstered in the same fabric.

Missing major parts
Didn't get what I purchased. Missing parts such as the entire bed frame and side panels.

You need a box spring/mattress support!
This bed is super pretty, but is not a platform bed. You absolutely need to have a box spring or some type of mattress support. Your mattress will be too low without it. The bed also only comes with 3 slats, so we had to grab some wooden ones from the store to support our mattress while we waited for the box spring. I got this bed on sale, and am glad I didn’t pay full price since I’ve needed to get other items for it. Otherwise, the bed is good quality and looks great.

Love it! Just what we were looking for.
Super easy to assemble and looks great. It’s very sturdy and doesn’t move. I also like that the headboard height is adjustable depending on the height of the mattress. Looks great too. I do think it could’ve been cheaper but still happy with my buy.

Even on sale, it's not worth it!
My boyfriend and I were looking to buy a new bed frame for our next apartment, and we fell in love with this bed in green. We wait until it went on sale from $600 to $350 and were so excited!
However, while the bedframe and headboard and both so beautiful, we noticed that both pieces were not well constructed. There were missing holes to attach the slats to the frame, and even when we drilled in the holes, we noticed that the slats were inadequate. Three skinny slats to support a queen bed isn't enough, and we had to go out to get more slats and a foundation to support the bed. The pictures of the bed do not accurately show the bedframe; it sits much lower to the ground, and you absolutely need a box spring or some foundation in order for the bed to be comfortable.
Overall, the bed frame is beautiful and we love the style; however, but it is not designed well, is missing parts from the construction, and overall is not well supported. It's definitely not worth the $350 we paid and certainly not $599.
