Heat them up!
For those complaining about the texture, heat those suckers up! I pop them in the microwave for about 15 seconds. Gooey chocolate goodness with chunks of mint. I am obsessed with these. I don’t understand all of the negative reviews. They are the perfect balance of mint and chocolate. The chunks of mint add the texture that sends them over the top.

One of my favorites! Like a mint chocolate version of the Cookies and Cream bars. Very satisfying texture. I wish it was a teeny bit more minty, but it’s meant to emulate those chocolate cookies with the mint chunks in them more than anything, so it’s pretty spot-on.

taste SO good. i never write reviews but im pretty sure quest changed their formulas and they’re so decent now for a protein bar. the macros are so great but this flavor is insane. taste like one of my favorite crumble cookies that they never brought back. wish quests’ prices went back down tho

These might be my favorite of the quest products
These bars have a perfect ratio of mint to chocolate. They have the usual high fiber and high protein of all the quest products but they are a great go to not only as a meal substitute, but if you’re really craving some thing at the end of the meal you get the sweet and the mint seems to curb your appetite as well. .

Really like this newer softer version
I am enjoying the new softer version as I found the older version very hard to chew and it was sticky. This is now added into my weekly meal plan and I am hoping that Quest will make the other flavors softer to chew as well. And a thank you to Target for carrying this flavor to purchase directly in the store.

I loved these bars, and you CHANGED the recipe!!!! I loved the old recipe, it was chewy and minty and just like a candy bar. I was so looking forward to my mint chocolate chunk bars..... when I opened the first one, I was sooooo disappointed to find it different from the previous boxes I had ordered.
