The only bad thing I've run into is I keep bumping the touch sensor to increase/change the intensity while putting on the toothpaste. So I always have to reset it back to the lowest setting every time I start brushing. It's a cool feature to have a touch sensor but it's very easy to bump since it's right there where you hold it while putting on the paste. Other than that I love it!

When I put the toothpaste and b the brush, turn it on the toothpaste falls off from the vibration. I prefer the battery brush. Toothpaste never fell off. Although the battery brush worked for about 10 days. Also, I don't think I'm operating the electric brush properly.

I received this toothbrush and a gift in exchange for my honest review. I switched from a Philips Sonicare and I am never going back. The feel of the covering, long lasting battery and the customizable pressure are wonderful features. I started using this the day of my most recent teeth cleaning and I still feel that “fresh from the dentist” feeling weeks later. And it looks really sharp on my sink!
