Has some bugs
The only complaint I have is with the brushing too hard notification. If I apply toothpaste and wet the brush when I turn it on it immediately started notification of brushing too hard without it in my mouth.

The Apple of Toothbrushes
Never thought I'd get rid of my Sonicare until after a decade I lost it. Luckily I found Quip. The toothbrush has many advantages. The design and aesthetic are fantastic. The mirror-mount holder cannot be understated as a huge design and functionality element until you try it. The toothbrush heads/replenishments are much less expensive and the charger is magnetic. The only downsides are there is not additional "modes" such as white which adds 15 seconds of extra brushing intervals at the end of the 2 min cycle and that the touch-sensitive pressure adjustment is affected by the slightest touch or even water. This means if you shower and bruch your teeth that before or after the brush cycle, the led pressure adjustment is jumping up and down. I noticed this literally the first time I brushed my teeth. A solution could be to set my desired pressure with a long-hold on the the button and then adjust.

Brush head falls off. Choking hazard
I was given this brush as a gift and overall it’s a nice tooth brush but after using it for a couple weeks the brush head fell out and I almost swallowed it. I thought it was needing a new brush head so I replaced it but again after a week or so the brush head fell off again and this time I ended up choking on it until I spit it out. I think I might have gotten a defective brush as this is a HUGE hazard.

The most annoying toothbrush experience ever
I don't know if the one I got was a fluke or they're all like this, but I found this toothbrush to be utterly annoying. It has a pulsing that takes over if barely touch your teeth. I get alerting me if I'm giving it a lot of pressure as that's not good for your gums, but it went to pulsing at the slightest touch. I have returned the brush and went with a different product.

This is definitely the best toothbrush I've ever used, and Quip's new design makes it a real cut above - just having to replace the brush head is so much easier. Also the magnetic charger is fantastic - super useful and looks cool too! I have now bought one for every member of my family. My mouth feels as clean as a professional cleaning after every brush!

Great features.
Because of the excessive plaque on my teeth my hygienist suggested an electric toothbrush, and recommended QUIP. I’m looking forward to my next appointment to see the results. I really like this toothbrush and the toothpaste in the white tube.

Best tooth brush ever
I have been using this as a replacement for my Oral B product for four months. Included in that time frame was a 16 day trip. The battery was fine the entire time. As much as I like the clean feeling, I cannot figure out how to set the sensitivity. It seems to reset itself to the most sensitive level which is annoying because it pauses itself too easily. But it is still the best tooth brush I have ever owned.

Mixed Feelings
I'm currently giving the Quip toothbrush 3 out of 5 stars. While it has some great potential, I'm encountering some significant issues that make the price feel steep for what I'm getting right now. The Positives * Rechargeable: I really like that it's rechargeable now, which eliminates the hassle of constantly replacing batteries. This is a big plus for convenience. The Issues * Bluetooth Connectivity Failure: I'm consistently having trouble connecting the toothbrush to my Pixel 10 Pro XL via Bluetooth. The device simply won't pair, which makes the app unusable. This is genuinely disappointing, as the smart features were a key selling point. * Vibration/Pressure Glitch: When I apply any normal brushing pressure, the toothbrush makes a weird, jarring vibration noise and seems to stop vibrating correctly. I'm unsure if this is a defect or a design flaw, but it makes the actual brushing experience less effective and quite annoying. The Verdict The rechargeable feature is a definite upgrade, but the core functionality is compromised by the severe Bluetooth connection problem and the vibration issue under pressure. The current price doesn't justify the experience, keeping my rating at three stars.
