Don't waste your money
Have been using this for 3 weeks and my mouth is just not as clean as it used to be with old Sonicare. The head is smaller, a the overall design and vibrations are not as functional for the cleanest oral health. Just ordered new Sonicare to replace the Quip ultra. Don’t waste your money like I did.

Great!
Have used quips standard electric toothbrush for years. Upgraded because my dentist said I was brushing too hard. This toothbrush not only gets my teeth amazingly clean, but is still soft enough and has a pressure sensor to ensure I don’t brush too hard. I also like that I can see how well I’m brushing when paired with the app.

Great Brush / silly design choices
Overall it’s a nice brush and I feel like it works fine. I have been using Quip products for 5+ years now and I like the advancements in models offered. However, there are some design choices that make me scratch my head. First, why are we creating more plastic and more pieces by having (needing) a separate base/stand to keep the brush standing upright on a flat surface? Just make the bottom of the brush FLAT, right? So much talk about conservation and not creating more waste, but here we go with an absolutely unnecessary extra piece of plastic. Second critique is that the brush can only be mounted to a mirror or flat vertical surface when you use the charger. So now if I want to hang up my brush, up out of the way, I have a cord dangling, constantly. Not clean, not tidy, not thought-out. What’s crazy is, the battery only needs charging once every couple of months, so needing to use the charger just to hang up the brush is silly. Quip, I am available to consult on version 2.0 and would be happy to provide honest, constructive feedback as a tester. You’ve come so far, let’s make this brush even better!

Loving it!
I’ve been a long time Quip user and absolutely love that they came out with a rechargeable version that’s more like a traditional electric toothbrush. I’ve been using it for several months now and I really enjoy the adjustable intensity and how the brush responds if you press too hard. The battery life is also amazing, I charge it maybe once a month with daily use. It’s a great investment!

Intensely clean
Upgraded from the sonic Quip I've had for years. Pretty big difference! Love that it's chargeable (which lasts a long time) and that it's easy to adjust the intensity. I have it on lowest setting -- and am getting used to how intense it is. Figure I'll be able to keep intensifying as I get used to it. Loved my old Quip, and this one is even better! Sleek, unique design -- almost everyone that visits my bathroom comments on how cool it is.

Wonderful except for the pressure sensor alerts!
Lots of good things about this toothbrush! Much more powerful - you really feel the difference in how clean your teeth are! The charging setup is really nice, too, and I look forward to not changing batteries all the time. Star removed because I hate, hate, hate the pressure sensor alerts. They make brushing so jarring and unpleasant if you accidentally brush too hard.

Broken after 3 weeks
After about 3 weeks of morning and nighttime brushing there was a loud snap and the brush head now bends backwards. There was no activation of the pressure sensor while brushing, so I’m inclined to believe this was not user error. After my last two 360 oscillating brushes got water in them due to design faults, I’m starting to think Quip cares more about aesthetics than build quality. The silicone feels nice, but does nothing to support the “stem” within.

Moss Brush
The design is spot on with this toothbrush. The moss color is very crisp and clean which is appreciated so it won’t show toothpaste stains as bad. The pressure sensor can be a little sensitive. The pressure settings are very strong which is appreciated. The battery life seems to be good thus far. Overall I think it’s going to be a great toothbrush!

Did not last
Use it for a few months and it works great, but then the back of the toothbrush silicone broke a bit and the brush head will not stay attached after a couple of uses, and one time it fell out in my mouth.

Toothbrush head won’t stay attached
It’s beautiful but the toothbrush head vibrates off constantly when using. Practically useless if every two seconds you have to stop to put the head back in place. Super annoying. The locking mechanism simply isn’t robust enough to stand up to regular brushing after three or four days.

Great Upgrade from the Old Quip!
My husband and I both upgraded from our original Quip toothbrushes recently and we are very happy with the new design! No more batteries to swap out, love having the choice of intensity levels, the automatic feedback when brushing too hard has made it easy to change habits, and a smaller brush head means I can get around my back teeth more easily now.

Ok…just OK
Not what my sonicare gave me after 3 weeks of trying it out. Decently clean, but compared to the sonicare I feel I need to go over twice to get the same results. FYI, it was ultra sensitive out of the box, buzzed at me if I put any pressure at all. Did a factory reset and it works better, overall meh though.
