I like the quip battery and rechargeable toothbrushes but found it difficult to locate the replacement brushes for the rechargeable without including the unnecessary battery. Your AI also was confused and typed a live agent should be available in about 15 min. Over an hour and no response? My other complaint is the continued cracking of the main body where the brush snaps on.

(Don’t worry, he has many other positive attributes) He approached this brush with some skepticism, but after one use came out of the bathroom gushing about how awesome this brush is. Frankly, I have to agree. It may be cheating a bit that I got the brush right after a dental cleaning, but the quality is definitely there!

Love the updated design look, love the smaller head replacement, love the magnetic holder. But hate how messy it is, the vibration even on the lowest setting it sprays everywhere, and it also glitches on the pressure sensor randomly, both my husband and I experience both problems. So not like a weird dud. I think this upgrade is going the right direction but hope this isnt the final form.

I've never owned an electric toothbrush before. I no longer have dental insurance, so I figured I should make the upgrade. Quip was one of the top results on google, and compared to other leading brands, it was affordable and seemed like a good deal for a modern toothbrush. A lot of reviews about quip online said it didn't hold up to other brands, but I'm not sure those referred to this model. When I tried this toothbrush for the first time, I was surprised at how much cleaner my teeth felt compared to using my normal toothbrush. I would say this toothbrush is definitely strong and gets the job done. I appreciate the sleek look of it and that the brush heads are small and less wasteful. It doesn't feel bulky to me. The power of the vibrations doesnt require a brushing motion and cleans teeth well. The bonus is that the toothbrush is available in my favorite color (purple)!
