Q: I want to turn the air conditioner on, but it says it's below the set temperature, even though my room is still really hot. Is there a way to prevent it from turning off as soon as the temperature

  • A: This does not work. The ac does not turn on even when the room is 70°f. The auto feature is a terrible idea. I do not recommend this product.

Q: Do I have to empty something, does water collect the somewhere

  • A: Thank you for your question. Water will accumulate in the built-in water tank at the bottom of the machine body. We can unplug the water plug at the bottom of the back of the air conditioner to drain it, or we can connect a hose to drain it continuously.

Q: I just bought this air conditioner and it says that is self Evaporation so why it’s leaking it hasn’t been hooked up until not even 12 hours and it’s already leaking. How do I know and how do I do that?

The self-evaporation function of the portable air conditioner has two main benefits: 1.Energy saving – it uses the condensate water to cool the condenser, improving efficiency. 2.Reduced drainage – part of the water is evaporated by the heat from the condenser, but only a small amount, so a drainage hose is still needed.
