I purchased this pan thinking it would be great for a deep-dish lasagna. The pan that was shipped to me was only 4" to the top of the handles (the highest point). The pan sides are sloped so the measurements are 7X12 at the bottom 8X12.25 useable at the top and the edges are 9 or 9.5X14 to the edges. There is about 2 3/4 inch usable depth and 4" to the top of the handles. All of which is a far cry from the 11.25 X 19.12 X 6.25 that is listed. So the product description is incorrect. Their customer service on the other hand is outstanding. They were very polite and helpful. I received a refund within 5 minutes of contacting them.
