It’s inconvenient to get less and have to buy it more often. Just charge more for the amount you used to sell! Be honest with consumers!

Did I get a bad batch?

My 5 year old Cairn Terrier, Theo, does not like this product. He's been okay about other Rachel Ray kibble products, but for some reason he'd rather starve for nearly 2 days than touch this stuff. I've tried mixing this food with toppers or hiding it with some wet food. Theo will eat the wet food around and off the kibble before wanting to crunch into this. As soon as he starts crunching on this, he looks disgusted and either slows down of flat out quits eating. What's in this stuff that putting our pets off?

My dog isn't too picky but he did like this food. The only reason I switched dog foods was due to the price. If the price was lowered, I would consider repurchasing

He is Eating again, Finally

I recently came across your Nutrish brand Chicken Apple wet Pate style dog food and thought what the heck. My buddy Rigby isn't eating much of anything anyway and I won't stop trying new products until he is happy. Well, I'm happy to say he is very happy. My once very picky eater is now ecstatic about eating again. I have offered him your other flavors also, and he does enjoy them, but the chicken apple is by far his favorite. Thanks for making my day, and his life much better.

My dog was adopted from a local shelter and they HIGHLY recommended Purina One dog food. I’m not sure if the dog food wasn’t to her liking or if it was PTSD or something, but she refused to eat it unless she was starving. We switched to this brand because of the great reviews, and I am so glad we did! We have switched around the flavors, but this seems to be her favorite.

Wood chip in food

We’ve loved the peak protein and have no complaints about the dog food but as I was pouring the bag of food into the dog container a piece of wood poured out of the bag as well. Like I said no complaints on the food our dogs love it! Just watch what else is in the bag :(

If Rachel ray will eat her own dog food, I knew it would be safe and delicious to give to my dog! He loves it and he doesn’t love all kinds of dog food. He’s pretty selective

In the last 15 years I had the pleasure of being a mom to 3 furry babies. Like all pet parent you want to give love of our lives the best we can afford to purchase. We can only hope what we feed them will give them the things they need for long and healthy life. Nutrish is in a different class of its own. Just like my last two dogs and now Nico. When he finished his first taste of Nutrish he hopped around as if he won the lottery.

Misleading ingredients

I bought a version of this food because my pit bull has an allergy to chicken. But after a week of her gnawing on her paws I checked the ingredient list. The second ingredient of this food is chicken. I guess it was my fault for trusting the brand.

We are sorry to hear that your dog had an allergic reaction to the chicken in the product. We do hope she is feeling better. We are reaching out to you via email and hope to connect with you soon to learn more.

Smells funny

My Boxer would not eat this dog food. It smelled bad. I finally threw it out, after started getting thin from not eating. I usually buy Alpo grilled meats dry dog food and he loves it. This brand was not worth the price. It also gave my dog gas.
1 reply from Consumer Care team - 10 months ago
We are sorry to hear that your boxer was not a fan of our Open Range Recipe. While each dog can react differently based on their taste and texture preferences, this is certainly not the experience we wish for them to have. We're also sorry to learn that the food had an off smell as this is not the quality we would expect and we would like to share this with our team. We have reached out via email to learn more about you and your pup's experience and hope to connect soon.
