A: HI there: The canopy can be assembled to the back of the seat and is not dependent on the front wheel setting. However, this accessory was designed for younger riders so may not be a suitable fit for a child once they are old enough to pedal.

The Radio Flyer 4-in-1 Tricycle has been a frustrating experience from start to finish. The assembly process is overly complicated, with unclear instructions and parts that do not fit together as they should. It took far longer than expected, and I had to refer to online videos to make any sense of it. Even after finally assembling it, the tricycle felt unstable, and some components didn’t seem secure. For the price, I expected better quality and an easier setup. I would not recommend this tricycle to anyone who isn’t prepared to deal with a headache during assembly.

Cheap quality for $90 The adjustable handle is a joke and keeps collapsing. The bike fell apart midway on our walk and we had to carry everything on our way back. Never again purchasing radio flyer.

Took a bit to assemble, but our child was eleated to try this trike out! I love the versatility of the trike, but I'm a little disappointed with the quality of the parts. The "trunk" is pretty thin plastic. Granted, our child isn't hauling bricks as a side hustle, but it's divided and thin. The shaft of the handle is adjustable, which is great because there's an 11" Height differential between my husband and I. The lock, however, isn't so great and tends to shift loose when I'm steering our child. There is a harness to keep younger children stable but the straps were excessively long. I had to wrap and tuck to prevent them from flopping over and interferring with the handlebars. I do appreciate that the bike itself seems sturdy enough to grow with our child but there are some minor flaws that knocked a star off this one.

Super cute bike!! I received it 1 day before my granddaughters birthday and tried putting it together. Even though the box was sealed, it was missing so many parts. I ordered it last minute and don’t have time to replace it before her birthday. I’m super disappointed

I love most of the aspects of this stroller trike, except for a couple of things. 1. The bottom part of the seatbelt doesn’t attach to anything, so when it’s not snapped, it ALWAYS drops under the frame of the bike and it’s sometimes hard to retrieve and get back up on the top. 2. The parent handle/steering wheel tends to float down into the shaft, so when we start a walk it’s fully extended and by the time we end a walk, it’s down into the shaft a couple of inches. I simply can’t get the twist lock tight enough to keep it fully extended. Other than these two things, we absolutely love it. He loves riding in/ on it, he’s learning to pedal, and it’s lightweight enough that we can take it in the car without straining our bodies to get it in the car.
