Not easy to assemble. Making a mistake is permanent. I was assembling this myself and was having a hard time getting the front axel to stay exactly in place AND attach the tires AND hammer on the end caps. I got fixated on getting the end cap on and in my mom-brain state didn't realize the wheel had come off. As soon as I got the end cap on, I realized my dumb mistake, but there is no way to undo it. Obviously, the warranty doesn't cover user error. I don't think this is a great design because what are you supposed to do if a wheel breaks? The end cap seem to be impossible to remove.

Bought this item as a gift. My daughter ended up liking it so I kept it. I opened the box today and more than Half of the items are missing. It doesn’t even have the wheels! Now I’m glad I didn’t give this to the bday boy

Love the scooter…. But the front wheels won’t lock in place. There appears to be a piece of melted plastic preventing this from happening. Which basically makes this awesome scooter worthless.

Do yourself a favor and buy something nicer... screws strip out even by hand, back piece wont go on all the way and cut myself badly trying to do it with a drill. If its that difficult/vague to put together bet its safe for the kids right?!

I was so excited to get this for my youngest since he is always trying to use my older childs scooter. I thought this would be a great starter for him but its just really cheap and not very usable. The wheels are plastic and barely rotate, he just has to scoot it which requires a lot more effort, even my oldest has trouble with it. Very disappointing.
