A: Thanks for taking the time to ask about our Raid® Max Perimeter Protection! Because of the variation in manufacturing and dyes, some carpeting may be color sensitive to insecticides. In general, it is not a good idea to spray insecticides regularly on couches, carpeting or rugs, unless so specified on the label. It is better to spray cracks and crevices and vacuum the carpeting. A: Thanks for dropping in! We're sorry to hear about your troubles with our Raid MAX® Perimeter Protection. To begin use, remove plastic insert on "lock/unlock" switch located on the trigger. This plastic insert prevents product from being unlocked. Once that is done, push switch on sprayer nozzle to "on" position, point sprayer to desired area and treat! It was very easy to follow the directions on the packaging and apply this product to the desired area around our trees. Within 30 minutes I no longer saw ant activity at the base of our tree. In my opinion, this product worked very well and didn’t leave any odor or sticky residue behind.

This big jug was super convenient spraying around windows where bugs would sometimes find their way in. I also really like the battery powered pump it's definitely a lot easier on the hand. I was given this to test and am overall very satisfied.

There’s a safety lock on the nozzle which is a nice added feature. Excellent product - would definitely recommend! Living rural allows for extra bugs, so I’m excited to have less inside. 😊

This product did absolutely nothing. Raid is usually the best, but this one was such a disappointment. Whenever I had to spray a bug, it was like I was giving them a little bath, then they'd get up and walk off like nothing happened. Terrible!

This dries fast, and works great. Smell is very neutral and we have recommended this to all our neighbors. We do have a White House and this doesn't stain siding which is a huge plus! 100/10!

We live near a lake so get a bunch of different creepy crawlies in our area. I was hoping this would take care of the spiders that have set up shop in the joints of our car port but they seemed to have returned. I’m wondering if I didn’t use enough product or what. I can say that it seems like there’s less bugs finding their way into the home. So that’s a plus. Price point was excellent. Scent was hardly noticeable. The directions on the bottle were a bit convoluted but I figured just aim and spray and don’t get it on your or in you. Going to give this another shot. Perhaps using more product this time and see if I can keep the carport spiders away for good!

Within a day, I noticed way fewer bugs showing up. One thing I really appreciated was that it didn’t have that strong, awful smell like other bug sprays. I could still breathe after using it, which is a win in my book. It also didn’t leave a weird film or mess on the floor, which is great since I have a toddler running around. The spray was easy to use and gave good coverage without overspraying. I’ve only had to reapply once so far, and it’s holding up really well. This is one of those things I’ll keep in the cabinet from now on lol

I’ve noticed a lot less bugs getting in the house. I didn’t notice a real awful scent when I was spraying and it was easy to use! Seems like it’ll last me through the whole summer and then some as well. I’m very impressed! Will def be adding this to my home & garden rotation!
