Raid® MAX Perimeter Protection is an insecticide designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Kills ants, fleas, flies, gnats, roaches, ticks, silverfish, crickets, spiders, scorpions, mosquitoes, centipedes, firebrats, small flying moths, stink bugs, sow bugs, ground beetles, box-elder bugs, and other insects.
The reliable formula of Raid® MAX Perimeter Protection helps protect you and your family from American roaches and Argentine ants for up to 18 months when used on non-porous surfaces.
The auto trigger makes it easy to create a barrier against insects, and to get into hard-to-reach places where long-term control is needed. The insecticide spray reaches narrow cracks and crevices where bugs enter or escape. This insect killer doesn’t stain and leaves no odor or oily residue. Convenient refills can save you money: keep the reusable auto trigger and holster for use on compatible refills.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Read entire label before use. Apply this product only as directed. Assembly Instructions: When using a refill, remove sprayer from the bottle by turning the nut. Remove the cap from the refill bottle, place the auto trigger on the bottle, and tighten the nut. Keep the reusable auto trigger for use on compatible refills. Usage instructions: Set the reusable auto trigger sprayer to the on position. Squeeze and hold the reusable auto trigger to apply product. After use, set the reusable auto trigger to the off position. Product Information: Remove or cover exposed food and utensils. Cover exposed countertops and other food related surfaces. Do not spray into the air. Test in an inconspicuous area before applying. Wash thoroughly after spraying. Set the reusable auto trigger to the on position. Spray until surface is moist but not dripping. Over application may cause damage.

WARNINGS: PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS. Contact with product may result in transient tingling and reddening of the skin. Avoid contact with skin or clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, or using tobacco. ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS: This product is extremely toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates. To protect the environment, do not allow pesticide to enter or run off into storm drains, drainage ditches, gutters or surface waters. Applying this product in calm weather when rain is not predicted for the next 24 hours will help to ensure that wind or rain does not blow or wash pesticide off the treatment area. This product is highly toxic to bees exposed to direct treatment or residues on blooming crops or weeds. Do not apply this product or allow it to drift to blooming crops or weeds if bees are visiting the treatment area. Do not contaminate fish ponds or apply directly to water. PHYSICAL OR CHEMICAL HAZARDS: Do not apply this product in or on electrical equipment due to possibility of shock hazard. Some hard surfaces may become damp if sprayed. Avoid slips or falls.

We'd recommend trying Raid Max® Spider & Scorpion Killer for those pesky black widows. In general, it is not a good idea to spray insecticides regularly on couches, carpeting or rugs, unless so specified on the label. It is better to spray cracks and crevices and vacuum the carpeting. This plastic insert prevents product from being unlocked. Once that is done, push switch on sprayer nozzle to "on" position, point sprayer to desired area and treat! Solid Protection That Lasts!

The sprayer is also easy to handle and gives a consistent spray without any effort. I went around the outside of my house and along the baseboards indoors, and it covered a lot of ground quickly. The container is a good size, so it lasted me a while before I needed to pick up another. Since applying it, I’ve noticed a big drop in the number of ants and other pests that usually sneak inside. It’s one of those products that does what it says without any hassle, which is exactly what I want. If you’re looking for something simple, effective, and long lasting to keep bugs away, this is worth having on hand!

It kept the bugs at bay, especially during the summer months. We have a lot of bugs, such as mosquitoes and noseeums because of the pond in our backyard. I felt like this, reduced the amount of bugs that came near our patio.

It works
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just moved to a new apartment and little spiders and ants started to appear, just in time I got this Raid Bug Killer, it’s been a couple weeks since we applied it and we really saw a difference. My kids would wake up every morning with ants or spiders bites and now that is gone. It is very easy to apply. When applied take the pets and kids to another room to wait until it’s dry.

Effective ant control

My house is always full of ants during the hot season, but Raid Max Perimeter Protection Spray has really helped. After spraying around the baseboards and cabinets, I noticed the ants were gone almost immediately, and the barrier keeps working for weeks.The spray does have a light chemical scent at first, but it fades pretty quickly. I also like that it comes in both a 22 oz bottle for quick, and instant use. It’s easy to use, dries clear, and has made a huge difference in keeping my home pest-free. Highly recommend!

Easy Apply Bug Zapper
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it’s not a pump action trigger and battery operated. It also has a spray lock and hook to hold the handle. It leaves less stress on the hand. Doesn’t have a strong chemical scent. I applied it at the side of my house and backyard door it’s where ants usually travel to get in the house, so far I haven’t seen any nor spiders in the area since using it. Easy to assemble just needs to take time to put it together

Did the Job!

It was very easy to follow the directions on the packaging and apply this product to the desired area around our trees. Within 30 minutes I no longer saw ant activity at the base of our tree. In my opinion, this product worked very well and didn’t leave any odor or sticky residue behind.

Super convenient for larger areas

This big jug was super convenient spraying around windows where bugs would sometimes find their way in. I also really like the battery powered pump it's definitely a lot easier on the hand. I was given this to test and am overall very satisfied.

No good
This product did absolutely nothing. Raid is usually the best, but this one was such a disappointment. Whenever I had to spray a bug, it was like I was giving them a little bath, then they'd get up and walk off like nothing happened. Terrible!
