Prepared with shrimp, Classico Alfredo sauce, and a splash of lemon-simply a masterpiece. Rana has one of the more fresher packaged pastas I’ve ever had, and is easy to boil before combining all ingredients together. Perfect!

I forgot to get the pasta sauce to go with it so I put some olive oil and seasonings on it and it was still very good. We had enough leftover for leftovers the next day for dinner. For an easy dinner it was nice and would recommend. Next time I may pair it with a salad and a protein.

The pasta stays fresh and the ingredients are tasty. There's no bad aftertaste and the portion size of the bag is enough for a small family. The pasta is pretty big and appropriately sized. It tasted like I ordered straight from an Italian restaurant and brought it home, the noodles tasted homemade and the inside was so creamy and just so good! I couldn’t believe these were so simple to make, just boil for 4 min and that’s it! I will definitely buy this again!

As a former chef that cooked a lot of Italian food, I still enjoy making fresh pasta - and ravioli and other stuffed pastas are my favorite things to make. That being said, I don't always want to take the time to make it at home, because lazy. The amount of "fresh" pastas available in mass markets has typically been limited to Bertoletti products, and those are typically so bland that it's not worth getting them, at all. This Rana brand has come along and after trying a couple of different raviolis from them, I can say that for the money these are my new go to raviolis. Are they as great as a professional handmade ravioli? No, not necessarily? Are they an enjoyable, flavorful and nice quality option for a quick dinner? Absolutely. It's a perfect size for a couple of adults, or a few if you have sides to go with it. If you're looking for a solid, cheap option for pasta don't sleep on these. Their lasagna is also surprisingly good!

Full if flavor in the centers. With a mix of spinach and ricotta, nice and creamy. Something even the pickiest eater is going to love. Add your own sauce and you have the perfect meal.

The pasta was quick and easy to prepare and the pasta held up well through preparation steps and transfer to my bowl which is not the norm It was a very hearty pasta with a nice creamy interior. I would’ve liked a little more seasoning to the pasta and filling but I made it work with the sauce I added. . The family size bag was a huge portion of ravioli and fed a family of 4 nicely.

The flavor of the spinach and ricotta filling is really smooth and creamy, and the pasta cooks so fast that it makes dinner feel effortless (just 4-5 minutes.) I tried it with a few different sauces and everything worked. Red sauce, Alfredo, and even a lemon cream sauce all tasted great with it. You can toss in vegetables or a meat option and you have a complete meal in minutes. The family size bag is more than enough for my family of three, and if you add a protein or a side salad you could easily feed even more people. I have not tried it yet, but I feel like this would make a great baked ravioli dish. I also keep thinking about how good these would be fried, like the fried ravioli appetizers you get at restaurants that you dip in marinara. The filling and texture seem perfect for that. Overall I am really impressed with the quality and taste of this product.
