Although my little loved and devoured these, she ate about 7 and within 10 min started swelling and getting hives. We ended up in the ER. I feel like it needs to be more careful on encouraging so many allergens at only 8 months old. Or more of warning on starting with the other stages first. This bag only says “8+ months, using pincer grasp etc” it doesn’t say you should start with the three other options. I only figured it out after going to their website. Package needs to be better labeled.

We are sorry to hear about your daughter's reaction. We hope she feels better soon! When introducing allergens there is always a possibility of an allergic reaction. Many doctors are comfortable with, or even recommend, introducing many kinds of foods together at the same time. While we do recommend starting with our Stage 1 Mix-Ins for a more gradual introduction of peanut, egg and milk, using any of our products is safe.

Do not recommend! My baby ended up in the ER after having to call 911 and being transported by ambulance. I suggest introducing foods one by one so you will actually know what it is they are allergic to. Baby experienced a traumatic experience and we now have a huge hospital bill. Wishing I would have never purchased.

Many doctors are comfortable with, or even recommend, introducing many kinds of foods together at the same time. While starting with Stage 1 offers a more gradual introduction and may make it easier to identify which allergen may be causing a reaction, starting with any of our allergen introduction or maintenance products is safe. We are sorry to hear about your baby's reaction. When introducing allergens there is always a possibility of an allergic reaction. We hope your little one feels better soon!

Bought these for my 8 month old, who loved them and they were great to practice his pincer grasp. Felt better giving him these with the allergen exposure than the regular puffs that have no nutritional value. Plus my 3yr old loved them too!
