Very disappointed in these barstools. Large gouge on wood on the side of the seat. The legs don’t match u with the seat, there’s a gap in half of them, the other two are flush and no visible gap. My husband had to re-attach the screws that fell out after he put the legs on and turned it upright. Very frustrating and disappointing. Come on Ashley you can do better than that!!

We love these barstools! They match our dining set perfectly and make a great addition to our kitchen. Sturdy, attractive, safe for kids, and comfortable. We ordered in October and did not receive until May but it was worth the wait.

They are great stools, comfy & swivel smoothly. My only issue is the color of them is not white! The sales man said it was "just the lighting in the store", assured me they would be white. He lied. Then, one of the 3 that arrived is also pretty wobbly. Disappointed they don't match my consol table like intended. I like them but don't love them for what I spent.

We ordered two of these. Unfortunately, when we try to assemble them, the holes to attach the legs to the base, did not line up. No matter what we tried to do. So we decided to assemble the second one, and use that one to see how we would like it. Come to find out, this one didn’t come with screws. So we decided to pack it all back up, and now will be returning them.

The alignment for the bolts for assembly on 2 of the 3 stools I bought was not very precise. I had to drill some of the wood to ensure proper alignment. The stools once assembled are nice. ==

They were extremely difficult to put together. In several places the bolt holes was miss drilled and didn’t line up. We had to make construction corrections. Very poor quality control as these errors were very obvious.
