Lifetime guarantee might cover leakage, also better price on company's website

I originally purchased this somewhere else and couldn't be happier. Not sure what's going on with all the reviews about leaking, because I use straight up water in this thing (I screwed it onto a handled Mason jar to use as a fertilizer watering can so that the liquid is enclosed) and haven't had any issues with leakage for the past 3 years. So I haven't had to contact them, but it is worth noting that this company claims to have a lifetime guarantee on their products. If it is leaking, let them know! I'm on here since I was looking to buy a second one, but I discovered that you can get a two-pack for the price of one on this brand's own website.

Leak problem

I use this for maple syrup and have had a problem with leaking. I did take it off and put it back on a few times at first in case I hadn’t positioned it correctly, but the problem continued. When I finish this jar and clean the spout lid I’ll have a closer look at the gasket.
