The handle is plenty strong, you just have to screw in the shark's teeth on either side firmly. It takes a little strength. But then it's rock solid.

This treadmill has many different features and can be used in many ways. The bar and clip are good for extra safety. Having different incline options helps burn more calories, which is a good thing. It can carry a lot of weight and can move fast. You can take off the bar and place it under a desk. It's simple to move and keep. Great for anyone looking to be more active.

As someone who wants to exercise while at work, I was happy to find a treadmill that fits under my desk and can go uphill. The treadmill was simple to put together and it has a safety release that my old treadmill did not have. Actually, this treadmill won't work unless the safety feature is turned on. It's simple to change the angle and height of the handlebars. The remote works really well. You can change your workouts by picking things like how fast you go, how many calories you want to burn, and how far you want to run.
