Q: Does the lid twist on or is it held on by a silicone ring??

A: The lid screws on to attach the tumbler. Also, has a silicone seal to block leaking. The seals are a unique size and in/out of stock often. Check reduceeveryday.com for their seals size small.

Q: Hello I was wondering if the straw reaches all the way to the bottom of the cup? For some reason a lot of straws don't and then there leaves liquid in the bottom that I have to eventually dump out.

Q: Where does the silicone ring fit properly incorporating the little tab? After washing I can't see any groove that fits the little tab on the silicone ring. So when we put it back on, it still leaks.

2 of my kids have these cups and they are a hit! I love having a stainless steel option for them. Water stays colder longer. Easy to clean in the dishwasher. Not 100% leakproof, but as a mom of 4 littles, I know there really is no such thing as a fully leakproof straw cup. However, this is a really nice, affordable option. My girls love the design on their cups. One has the mermaids and the other has the unicorns.

We bought the cup about three weeks ago while on vacation in the USA. Since our return, we've been using it every day and washing it by hand. The print on the cup is already peeling off. By the time we start kindergarten in four months, the cup will probably look very used.

These cups work really well but they have so many components that make it spill-proof and if any of those parts are lost, they do not work as expected. I have not had the cups a month and a piece has gone missing so the cup is no longer spill-proof. I have contacted the manufacturer but it doesn’t appear there are options for what I need.

We have 8 of these cups. My son was obsessed with our adult sized tumblers so we got him his own and he loves them. My only complaint is that there is not a lid replacement option. The piece that snaps on to cover the large sip opening breaks off easily. I hate to throw away the entire cup when I just need a lid. I also wish there was an option to buy a lid that just had the straw cup and not the sip feature. It's the cause of leaks and my son drops his cups and water spills out. Other than that WE LOVE THESE CUPS!

These cups maybe lasted a year. After a fall the plastic top broke and I do have a kid who bites straws so the plastic on the top is all ripped. It also leaks pretty bad. They’re cute cups but no good for 4 and under for sure.

We own about 6 of these cups. Here comes the good: - Great for keeping drinks cold. - Awesome flow for kiddo to drink quickly enough. - Handle is awesome and has a nice grip to it. - Fits in any cupholder. The bad: - gaskets. Where can we get more? Specifically the seal for airflow. They disappear and are never seen again, rendering the seal of the cup useless. - lid hinge. These are designed for kids. The lid itself has a few edges that could be re-engineered to retain less impact and prevent breaking. The lid hinge quite literally has exploded from simple drops. Additionally, trying to swap it for another lid is nearly impossible without breaking it. Replacement parts. Or more durable parts.

By far the best tumbler cup for toddlers. No leaks, easy to clean and take apart, and it keeps milk cold for at least 45 min. We have 2 that we rotate regularly. Will likely buy more

I want to love these cups (we have 4 bought at different times) but each of them have the same issue where if they sit for too long water will somehow end up accumulating in the straw and spilling over causing water to leak. It happens in every one that we have. Almost like a vacuum is being created in the straws to where they're sucking up the water. Makes for a frustrating surprise and a spill to clean up.
