A: The Hot1 lid and components are dishwasher safe. The lid includes two gaskets that can be removed for deep cleaning. One gasket is on the lid flap and the other gasket is around the diameter of the lid.

A: Yes, they are sweat-proof. While our Hot1 and Cold1 tumblers can be used interchangeably, the lids differ as the lid for this one is designed for hot/warm drinks to release steam. The insulation can keep your drink hot for 8 hours or cold for up to 30 hours. Hope this helps!

This has been my favorite cup for a year or two now. All around just simply well done. The lide is very useful and not as fragile as other brands. The handle is a great shape, the size is perfect for coffee. It is easy to clean including the lid.

This coffee mug is everything I need. It seals so well. If it’s closed correctly and you knock it over, it doesn’t spill. I love that I can vent it to cool down coffee or open the vent and use a straw for iced coffee. This keeps coffee hot or cold AND it fits in my cars cup holder. The soft bottle is also great because it doesn’t make a sound when I put it down. I definitely recommend handwashing only. The paint will start to peel off after a year or so in the dishwasher.

Bought this adorable cup in butter yellow. Unfortunately it is very hard to drink from. The lid doesnt let out enough coffee then you have to tip the cup in such a way that the liquid comes out as a gush and burns your tongue. Wish i could get a refund. Also, it does fit in my car cup holder vertically not horizontally- which makes that only one of the 2 cup holders can be used at once. Very disappointed.

It does a decent job keeping my coffee warm. My biggest complaint is the lid. The one I have is 2 years old and it is only used one day a week. It also is always hand washed an never put in a dishwasher, however the lid no longer seals and easily falls off and if jostled in a car the coffee spills. I wouldn't mind ordering a replacement lid but they are never available.

The product is decent. Keeps hot drinks at a good temp on my commute to the office. My issue is with replacement lid availability. I've been dealing with a broken lid for over a year and have been trying to get a replacement lid since November. The fact that I can't get a replacement lid and may have to buy a new mug kind of destroys to concept of "reduce".

Was very excited or my first ever travel coffee cup and I was sadly disappointed. I bought two black and like an Easter yellow. I make my coffee the old school way, boil very hot water on the kettle and stir in my instant coffee. I am disappointed that my coffee does not stay hot after an hour, I don't understand why? Do I have a defected product? Very cute and efficient cup, but disappointed on the heat function 😞

overall this does what it needs to do. however the product description says “accidents happen” and so i would think they’d make this mug spill proof in addition. to destruction proof. i think rather than the sip vent they should have made this spill proof. great for sitting on the desk but not if you want to toss it in your bag and go. good thing i tested it first.

It is very cute and the perfect fluid ounce for the amount of hot coffee I drink. Lid kept getting pushed off due to the hot/warm coffee. Had to consistently open the flow valve to release the pressure. Did not keep coffee hot. Coffee went cold after 30 minutes.
