A: We can confirm that acid does not react with our Waterday mugs. Waterday is made with durable Tritan and is BPA-free, and it doesn't react to any liquid, hot or cold, acidic or alkaline. Hope this helps!

Almost perfect….
I've been using this water jug for over a year and I truly love it, however, I've noticed mold in the straw (despite regular cleaning). I'm unable to remove the mold and I'm devastated.

I would buy again.
My fiance and I have loved and used our 80 oz jugs everyday, it practically comes with us everywhere we go. One issue we have is the silicone tips, it tend to harbor mold, difficult to clean.

I love it, need replacement silicone spill proof straw.
I love this cup. But should be able to purchase replacement spill proof portion of straw. So, at this point I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

This is my favorite water bottle So I have 2 . One for my room and one for the living room. I need to keep my kidneys healthy Except I just read abt the microplastics getting into our bodies from plastic bottles Thank God it’s BPA free. Except it’s still plastic. My Favorite Bottle!!
I love this giant bottle! A lot of people are saying it doesn't screw on anymore and I'm not sure why the makers are not telling them that they more than likely lost the little rubber seal that goes inside of the lid. I lose it sometimes, but I know to look for it. If you lose it, your lid will not screw on tightly and water will be spilling all over the place. It falls in your bottle or in your sink. I love this bottle and now I am buying the insulated 50 ounce when I saw on Amazon.

Mold
I bought this because I drink a lot of water daily and I really like it however I have the same problem as another reviewer in that it got mold stains on it and you cannot remove them. I scrub and scrub and scrub and they do not come out and they are right where the nose spill top is. I tried to see if I could buy a replacement straw and there are no replacements to purchase on the website. So it's kind of gross otherwise I would've given this five stars.

One suggestion for improvement
Great product with just a small suggestion for improvement: the lid's gasket tends to fall off and can easily get lost particularly during cleaning. It would be fantastic if the company could enhance this aspect. Other than that I'm really pleased with the product and the customer service is excellent!

I use this day in day out. I have forced many people to buy one and when they think they don't need it I buy it for them and change their lives for the better. 4 people I have bought this for. With that being said I use and wash this thing so much that the plastic is all scratched and gross looking. so this is my day one of begging for the 80 oz leak proof jug in stainless steel. PLEASE! It is all I want in this life. Even better if its Lavender but I will take what I can get. Anything for the 80 oz stainless steel leak proof jug

doesnt screw
guys don’t waste your money on this bottle i just bought it yesterday and the lid doesn’t screw on anymore its just on there loose.

Only after a couple weeks of use it developed this and altho I scrub the daylights out of it it remains stained and gross looking. I was hoping to buy a replacement lid/straw but no luck. Any tips?
