Q: In the pictures the "beige" color looks light grey. Is it more of a grey beige or true beige?

A: Yes, on the Reese Button Tufted Linen Upholstered Platform Bed Frame the beige option is a true beige. If anything, it resembles a cream, but not grey. You can see the difference quite well if you click on the grey option as well.

Q: Looks like there is a minimum mattress thickness required so there is no gap between top of mattress and bottom of headboard? what is this measurement? or is the headboard height adjustable?

A: The headboard height for the Reese Button Tufted Linen Upholstered Platform Bed Frame is 24", it is not adjustable. The recommended mattress height for the bed is 10" or 12".

A: The pictures of the Reese Button Tufted Linen Upholstered Platform Bed Frame are shown with a single mattress. You do not need a box spring or foundation with this frame.

A: The distance from the floor to the top of the headboard is 47". The actual height of the headboard itself though is 23.5".

A: No, unfortunately the Reese Button Tufted Linen Upholstered Platform Bed Frame does not come in a California King so a California King mattress would not fit.

A: The slat pack is usually installed on initial assembly. If you don't install them, you would need another platform to place your mattress and/or box spring.

This one slipped through cracks for quality assurance. Returned item. Had a few scuff marks on the headboard legs. Boards for the platform bed were not all to size. Two of the boards barely touched either side of the bed frame & there was no way for nail to hold it to the frame. Also, didn’t realize you needed to nail the boards to the frame (nails were provided). (I’ve had platform beds in the past & without going into detail, the boards were never nailed into the frame, so this was different for me.) With the boards not lining up, seemed like any movement would’ve knocked down the boards & lead to a safety hazard. Return was easy thankfully. Personally wouldn’t recommend this item. Others on the market for equal price with less hassle. Also, & this is my fault, didn’t realize how low to the ground this was. I’m 5’8, feel like if I slept in this I’d of been rolling out onto floor. Lastly, if you like to organize anything under your beds, this isn’t for you. No room to fit anything underneath. The color was nice. The tufts on the headboard & footboard were ok, but again, with how low bed is, not really something of a wow factor to me.

Husband and I couldn't agree on a bed, a lot of the ones I picked out he said were too "girly" - until I showed him this one. We debated on blue or gray and ended up with the gray so I can change up the decor colors in the future. We're both happy with this.
