Best protection ever, this is the the 2nd case for this phone and it doesn't have a scratch on it.

Just put this on my phone and the quality difference is easily noticeable. Thinner more plyable plastic and less protection than my note 10 commuter. So otterbox, did you start manufacturing to lesser specs?

Does not fit phone snugg, volume part of the rubber is hanging loose.

Bought this in the pink color so that I could see my new phone inside my dark handbag. It is great and fits just fine, in stark contrast to what others have said about the fit. Importantly, it is light weight, so my phone is not unnecessarily heavy. The dark pink material is more spongy/flexible than the light pink part, but I suspect that is why it absorbs the impact well.

Fits well on my phone and seems to work very well. The phone itself was very slippery to hold, when I put the case on it the phone was much easier to hold on to. I like the area on the side of the case that makes it easy to hold on to. Haven't dropped it yet, so I can't say how resistant it is to damage from dropping the phone. Seems to be well built and able to withstand reasonable drops and bangs. My daughter recommended this case and I got it because of her. I am glad I did.

I love this case!..Its a Beautiful color and it's sturdy!..if you are contemplating in buying it, just buy it!!

This case does not form well to my phone. The right side bends away from the phone. I would not recommend this style case to anyone

I have bought 10 Otterbox Phone cases through the years whenever I upgrade a phone because they work at protecting my phones. But this particular Case is disappointing, it's flimsy on the sides and there's no hard shell on the first half of the sides to keep my Samsung Note20 Ultra protected. The lack of lighter colors for this particular phone is also an issue. So I had to purchase a light pale like Pink case, not very appealing. I miss the darker Berry and Pink or Red Cases OB used to have.

Bought my case almost month now and the first drop I got. The case As damaged. I don't like the over design of the case. Don't feel it can take impact from a fall.

It's a good case and protected my wife's phone from a fall. Although it did save her phone it did crack (the case that is). I wanted to use the warrantee but they don't have it available at the moment. So just be careful with it until they make it available for replacement. How they do soon before the wife needs it again.

I bought this case about 3 months ago and it definitely does its job. The rubber is a little loose at the volume and power buttons, but that's to be expected for a quality rubber that's going to absorb impacts. What kind of bothered me was the fact I've never dropped the phone, haven't abused it in any way, and the little plastic piece that sits on top of the rubber flap at the charging port broke 2 weeks after I bought it. I've dealt with it for awhile now and have tried to find a way to file a warranty claim, but the warranty page doesn't list this phone for product selection! Hopefully somebody keeps an eye on this page and its reviews so they can relay this: coming from an engineer, strengthen that little plastic piece on these cases for further batches! It's the little things, ya know..
