OK, let's be honest as we get older we get a little white hair here and there I like my black hair and I like to keep it from I do have curly hair so this product was perfect for me. Not only did it give me shine but the coverage that I needed it was easy to apply and the price was right so I would be buying this again. This is going to be my go to product from now on.

Why change it the new formula dried my hair, gave me skin irritation AND is 3 shades darker… I used light brown which always worked but this new formula made my hair dark brown… Soo disappointing…

I love it. It's the only brand I use. Stays for a long time in your hair. Takes about 20 minutes depending on how thick and long your hair is. I honestly love the smell. Doesn't smell bad.

I opened my two bottles to combine them and the small brown bottle had something in it the color of pee. When I combined them they wouldn’t mix correctly. I feel like it maybe an ingredient was left out maybe. Not happy my hair really needed colored. Very inconvenient.

Easy to use just follow the instructions on the box. I have found that it works even on nappy hair texture regardless of shade. The packaging and smell is really good. Its almost like an air freshener.

I had found my perfect shade of color in #71 but the new gray cover formula has completely ruined it. It’s several shades darker and I’m unable to get the results I want. This has forced me to find a different product which is inconvenient and costly not to mention bad for my hair. Maybe consider making both versions. Not all people have gray hair.

Love this hair color!! I have been using it for years. The only thing I would change is, they need to include larger conditioner packets. I have long hair and it barely covers my scalp. So I have to use my conditioner but wonder if I'm getting best results, due to the included conditioner being a special bonding one.
