So, Garnier, you're going to just completely ignore your customers and what they want? Many people have asked to bring this color back. I've finally used all the boxes I've stored up and I tried another color that was supposedly similar and it's WAY off. There is literally no other box color like this one. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring it back!! What does it take to get you to listen to your loyal customers? I buy a few of your products, but I may stop if you're not going to provide good service.
I have used this color for over 10 years, every time I go out I get complements from young, elderly, male and female. Absolutely love it. The only problem I have is trying to find it in my local stores.
I love this product it worked marvels my hair was black and I wanted to go back to my original birth hair color which was blonde blonde but i'm going slowly just cause I don't want to throw my self back into the blonde game really fast so I got this color and tried it and now you cant even tell that I even had black hair to begin with totally recommend and definitely will keep using this brand to finish going fully blonde i'm glad I tried the Garnier brand first before any other brand
Two days ago I dyed my hair with cocoa bean (#43 - See my review there) and was devastated to end up with orange roots! It was the first time I dyed my dark brown hair, having a few grays. I thought maybe the orange was from blopping all the hair on the top of my head while waiting the 25 minutes. Today I decided to try one more time, this time with a different color, in an effort to get rid of the ugly red-orange roots. I waited a full 25 minutes, and the orange roots worsened. I have very long hair, so I cannot imagine waiting for it to all grow out before it gets back to normal and the salons where I live are not open.

Thank you for contacting Garnier regarding the Nutrisse #43, Cocoa Bean. This color is a dark golden brown. When using a color with gold it typically deposits a red/orange tone to your hair. If you want to get rid of the orange we suggest using Nutrisse #40, Dark Chocolate, which is a neutral shade of dark brown. We suggest waiting 48 hrs before coloring again as long as your hair feels healthy.
First time dying my hair. My natural hair color is a duller slightly lighter version of the picture. The color I obtained from #43 is definitely not that of the picture. It turned my natural brown roots orange reddish and my greys blondish orange so they still look kind of gray in certain light.
