Do not buy. Not pigmented at all, barely deposits any color, opened and on first use was already working like a 2 year old dried out liner pen. No ball in the part with the liquid product to stir it so shaking it does nothing. Clearly not a thought out product if it cannot perform the 1 function of an eyeliner pen (depositing liquid pigment).

This has been my favorite top lid eyeliner lately. It’s a great price, goes on smoothly, lasts throughout the day, and is just simply easy to apply.

Some of my favorite eyeliners are made by revlon and I grabbed this when I saw it was on same. I love the angled one they have I didn't notice this was a rounded tip. It's great for everyday wear but for something called "blackest black noir intense" it was definitely lacking the blackest and intense part. It reminded me of my KVD liner after some use where it went to a dark grey vs a deep black. Overall easy to use and great for the price especially when it's on sale!

This pen dried out so fast. Wrote Revlon and they said stand it pen side down 12 hours then it should be stored horizontally. It did work again but it still dries out quickly. Went on spotty. Not a smooth line at all!! The long bendy felt tip is weird too. I would not recommend this product at all! I will continue my pursuit for the perfect eyeliner.

I don’t know if anyone else had this but mine felt like it was super dry, although i’ve never used a felt tip eyeliner

Better than the expensive liners!

It is very dark and dries very quickly which is something that I like and is easy to use. However it doesn’t stay on, it smudged on my upper eyelid. Don’t last more than 1h

I have bought 2 color stay wing eyeliners in the last 8 weeks. Both have lasted 2-3 weeks and now they are so dry I cannot use them.

This used to be my favorite eyeliner for over 10 years, but I think it’s recently been changed… it now easily smudges when it used to stay all day long with zero smudges. I’m now constantly having to fix it. Revlon please go back to the original formula, it was so much better. So bummed.

Can't pull a line with this to save my life

A little goes a long way, easy application, no smearing or smudges. I wear daily & this pen seems to last forever.

Used to love but they must have changed the formula because it smudges . It does not stay out even with setting spray.

This is my go to eyeliner. It’s water proof and lasts all day until I use my oat cleaner to remove it. It’s a liquid pen so it’s really easy to apply but you have to let it dry before opening your eyes

My favourite drug store liquid eyeliner! This stuff lasts so long but comes off easily when you’re ready to take it off. It doesn’t flake off either.

This eyeliner is a pretty standard drugstore eyeliner. The tip is pretty long, and relatively easy to control once you get the hang of it but it smudges really easy even after drying and isn’t very long lasting.

This product is easy to apply but it smudges. It’s difficult to wash off this eyeliner. I used two different cleanser and also wiped the residue multiple times with a dry towel afterwards; it still left a residue. I’m very sad I lost my favorite revlon eyeliner and can’t find the product anymore. Very disappointed

Really good pen, easy to apply and do winged lines, it stays on for ages, doesnt smudge, really bold looking, highly recommended as it's so easy to use
