Horrible design. Hair gets caught in it
This is the worst hair tool I have ever used. It heats up fast, and has temperature control, but the design of the tip allows hair to be caught in the sides and pulled out. As someone who has fine hair that needs to be babied, I do not like losing hair every time I need to straighten a few pieces around the sides of my face. If there was some way to return this product, I would. I may look into it.
