Q: Would I be able to use this straightener on the lowest setting of 180 degrees? I've never used a straightener so I don't want to use a high temp.
A: 180 degrees smooth's out my fine, dry shoulder length hair at that setting and even at 240 degrees. If you don't want to go to a higher temp, you don't have to.

Q: I think I may have been sent the wrong item, is it supposed to say 'air' on it anywhere?
A: Hello! CHI is rebranding at the moment. The AIR items will either be just "CHI" or CHI "Original" going forward. The items are the same though.
