It is moisturizing, lightweight, and not too sticky. It pairs well with a lip liner, but you may have to reapply often, and that's okay with me. It's shiny, almost sparkly, this is a very gorgeous shade (007 Glazed). I personally love it and would use this when I don't feel like wearing actual lipstick. I received this product in exchange for an honest review.

My hair would constantly get stuck on it and just wasn’t it for me. I would try again but with my hair up instead.

It’s perfect for no-makeup makeup days and feels like a balm-lipstick hybrid. The only downside is the packaging, which feels a bit cheap and flimsy for a product that looks luxe in photos. Mine got loose in the tube after just a few uses which made it kinda annoying to apply. I still use it because the color and formula slay but I wish the packaging felt more solid and secure.
