Q: Hi ! Is the cream recommended for new Retinol user who must start progressively with a low dose? I want to avoir bad side effects with using a too high dose product.

A: Hello, for first-time users we would recommend doing a small patch test overnight to make sure there are no sensitivities. After this, you can continue to use the product 3 times a week to build up your tolerance to retinol. After 2 weeks you can begin using the product daily.

My skin can withstand a lot and this made my skin so dry and sensitive! I only used it around my laugh lines and cheeks. Within 2 applications, it was painful and peeling, and extremely dry. I don’t usually have reactions to skin products like this. I wanted to love it, but returned it!

It goes on easily, doesn't leave a film or make my face feel greasy and really does reduce fine lines and wrinkles. I was super excited to try this, and I do feel like it did what it claims. HOWEVER.. it smells like butt crack. I tried to get used to it or try to picture what it’s supposed to smell like, but no. It just smells like butt. Gave 2 stars because I do think it was working, but I just can’t deal with the smell. You’ve been warned
