    Disappointed

    The large suitcase came with cigarette burns & ashes on it. It was likely packed this way in China as it does not appear to have been opened before. It is also more of a baby blue than turquoise. The small carry-on bag also has yellow zippers instead of black. Definitely not what I was expecting. This was a graduation gift for my niece & now she has to go through the hassle of returning it.

    Poor quality right out of box

    Extremely poor quality even considering the price. There is no protective layer between the external material and the lining of the suitcase. The handle was stuck and I was never able to pull it out. The handle wrap for a tote was missing. After seeing all that right after taking it out of box I returned it immediately. Not worth of getting it for free if it’s not functional. Maybe if one intends to use it for a short travel without checking the bag in and likes the bright color - those are the 2 stars it gets.
