Rockland Nairobi 4pc Expandable Softside Luggage Set

I love the design and the colors were as bright as shown online. I noticed that the locks it come with are very cheaply made. I will not need to use this luggage for another 3 months. I will update then if it lets me.

If you're in a pinch and you need a lot of bags then this is a good purchase. I'm now wishing that I bought a large spinner suitcase and just a backpack the wheels are unstable hard to manage if the suitcase Falls over to the side but the suitcase texture feels nice. They came with some really cheap locks I don't think they're tsa-approved more like the kind of lock you see on a child's diary.

I bought a Rockland set similar to this about 12 years ago. I got tired of the design, (although I kept getting compliments) and I wanted new bells and whistles, but could never justify the cost of getting a new set while my set worked. I first used it for business travel and vacations for about 10 years. I've taken it on numerous road trips, packing for myself and family. Some bags have flown all over the country: Maine, Florida, Arizona, California, Washington and many, many places in between. I have also loaned it to family members for trips. Since I've retired, I have taken it on several cruises and a Cancun resort vacation. It just keeps going: all the wheels work, all the zippers work, all the handles and straps are intact and there are no holes in any of the bags. At the moment, my granddaughter is using the set (I hope she keeps it so I can get a new set for an upcoming vacation). I thought Rockland was a low end luggage vendor, but my set outlasted all others I ever owned.

I purchased this set for my 13 yr old daughter. The luggage looks great. Love the 4 piece set. I did use the larger suitcase for the first time and after 2 flights, the suitcase had ripped at the bottom. So, I would say, "don't expect it to last forever", but I think it's a good buy for a year or so (depending on how much you travel).

My husband is bring stationed in Germany and I will be joining him soon, so I bought a luggage set. I was REALLY nervous that this set was going to be cheaply made because it was only $110 (with tax) and there is only one picture. It arrived 4 days early and I opened it right away! Much to my surprise, everything looked very durable and intact. The sizes are perfect for any kind of travel and the inside has a zipper compartment and 2 straps in each luggage piece. They also each come with locks and keys. The carry-on kind of looks like a diaper bag, but it's the perfect size to fit a notebook, tablet, wallet, and any other essentials. The carry-on isn't big enough for a large laptop, but It could probably fit a small one or an apple laptop. It has a lot of outside pockets and a zipper pocket too. The carry-on has an adjustable shoulder strap as well as smaller straps to carry with one hand. REALLY nice set and definitely a steal at $110 (with tax). I would definitely recommend it to my who dat friends (and anyone else), haha!

Worst luggage I have ever bought! This luggage set sounds like a great deal. The wheels broke before i even left my house. And the suitcase is unusable after just one trip. And the warranty is useless. This set was poorly made. I would never recommend it.

Getting ready to pack, unzipped inside zipper and zipper fell off. Had to use this luggage, I bought it for our trip to Disney. When luggage was delivered to our room a wheel was broke off. Terrible purchase, very cheaply made.
