unpleasant substitute for the real deal
many of the other reviews mention the sweetness and a lack of spice which i wholly agree with but i also need to mention the excessive garlic flavoring which lingers in the mouth well after youve finished your meal.

This is my favorite variety of Sriracha. Has actual depth of flavor beyond just heat. Lots of garlic and a little sweetness. I hope Target doesn't stop carrying this.

Perfect amount of heat, undertones of garlic & vinegar and just slightly sweet. It doesn’t taste like the more popular brand, which is why I like it. It brings the heat without burning your mouth to the point of not being able to taste.

This way the only sriracha available so I decided to give it a try. It kind of tastes like a sweet chili sauce, it’s nothing like the sriracha I like and am used to. I personally won’t be buying this “sriracha” again.

Why is this sriracha sweet?
I’m not sure why they made sriracha sweet. This tastes nothing like the original, and was very put off by the taste when I first took a bite of it after I put it on my eggs. I only got this during the shortage and this was the only one that was available, but I will definitely not get this one again.

This has a very strong salt, garlic, and kind of a vinegar flavor. If you’re looking for a replacement for that “other” popular brand, do not buy this. Tastes terrible.
