A: Hi, thanks for reaching out! The steamer isn't meant for ironing as it doesn't have a soleplate, the patches won't stick properly when stuck with a steamer that doesn't have a soleplate to apply direct heat.

Dysfunctional steamer
It could be a lemon. I have tried for forty minutes, the steamer is not working. Unit is heating. I took canister out three times and replace it.Still is not working. I will be returning and buying another one, i have high hopes that this one is just faulty.

Works great!
I bought this brand when I saw that Caddle was offering an incentive. I was actually in the market for a garment steamer and this made it easier. I used to have a different brand years ago and it didn’t last.long. This one is way better for quality and it does an amazing job. I think it will last a long time and am very happy with my purchase.

Good little steamer
Best thing about this steamer is not only is it powerful but it doesn’t leak like my previous steamer. I like that you can hold it vertically or horizontally like an iron. Gets the wrinkles out without having to go over the same spot multiple times.

Heats quickly and great steamer
This heats up quickly within a minute or two. -I love that you can use this horizontally more like traditional ironing, as well as vertically which is great for quickly taking wrinkles out of dress shirts while still on the hangar. -Different steam settings and I am surprised how much steam is generated on the higher settings.

Nice and easy to carry

Lots Of Power, Great Form Factor
This is a great portable steamer and I can definitely recommend it. There is more than enough power to steam all my garments. I find low/medium capable enough for my shirts and I can get through 3 of them without making a dent in the water tank on low/med. Very high settings will eat through the water quickly but seems unnecessary for most clothes. Cable is long enough and kink free, easy to use. Some minor improvements I'd like to see in the future - rubberized grip for comfortable long time use, rubber feet to prevent slipping when upright.
