Saffrkn Seasoned yellow rice quick, easy 90 second
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this yellow saffron rice from #Royal with seasoned basmati rice in exchange for my honest review. This pouch is microwavable and is prefectly seasoned with saffron. I really enjoyed it, very light and airy. I had it with Mexican food but it tastes more suited for Indian /Pakistanian/middle eastern food profiles, clearly bc of the #Saffron. But anyway, I served it as a side dish, and my whole family liked it, (all picky females). I would like to see if they have more flavors and try them. Would recommend for sure and love the convience of being able to keep these on hand in the pantry and zap for a minute and a half for a quick snack or side dish!!

Delicious quick meal addition
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I didn’t microwave this rice as the package suggested, it still turned out delicious and moist when cooked in a saucepan. I added some seitan, peas, and mushrooms, and it made a delicious, quick Monday night dinner. The only reason I wouldn’t repurchase is because the package states that it is a “genetically modified food” in so many words. Weird.

Quick and taste good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to get to try this rice. My family and I eat a lot of rice but not typically pre-made rice. I think overall this was a great product and we will probably buy it again in the future. I really like the flavor of the yellow rice. My only critique is the texture is not 100% the same as the rice I cook myself. This hit the mark for me as far as my expectations and it was very quick and easy to prepare much less time than traditional rice.

I love all the options we have to have quick tasty rice these days! The microwaveable pouch of rice is enough for one persons entree or a side for two. It is so easy to cook, a couple minutes in the microwave and you are good to go. The yellow basmati rice is seasoned with saffron and tumeric. It is aromatic and the has a nice sweet but mostly savory flavor. It would work so well with different types of dishes, meat and veggie. I had mine with a veggie korma and it was delicious! The texture of the long grain basmati was perfect. Packing is easy to read and use. I will be repurchasing this product.

All I had to do was make the main course and then pop this in the microwave and 90 seconds I have a yummy side. Kids enjoyed it and so did I. The packaging was easy to open and cook. This is also very affordable with generous amount. It’s enough for 3-4 people. I bought two more.
