Great cooler but the zipper started to fail on day 1. Just like my old one. . . RTIC also will do nothing about it outside of the 1st year. I will be switching brands on everything.

The cooler is great. The only reason not getting a 5 star is the front pouch zipper came off.

We bought this backpack cooler to take with us on our boat. After researching other similar products, we decided on the RTIC brand and I'm glad we did. It is a great size, the material is very durable and I love all the extra pockets for things like keys and phones. It did an awesome job of keeping our food and drinks cold. It was a better price than the competitors and works better than them too. Overall a great product!

I recently picked up a backpack cooler for weekend hikes and beach trips, and I’m thoroughly impressed. I walked about 3 miles with it, and it never felt awkward or heavy. Spacious Yet Compact: It holds enough for a day out—about 20 cans plus ice packs—but doesn’t feel bulky. I haven’t had any leaks, even with some ice melting inside. Stylish Design: It looks more like a sleek hiking pack than a cooler, so it doesn’t scream "picnic gear. " Cons: The zippers can be a little stiff when the bag is really full, but they seem strong and haven’t snagged. It's not quite enough for multi-day use—best for day trips or tailgates. Bottom Line: If you need a cooler that can keep up with your adventures—without having to drag it by a handle—this backpack cooler is a smart buy. It’s perfect for hiking, biking, beach days, or outdoor festivals. Highly recommended for anyone who wants their hands free and their drinks cold.

Love this product. Has good insulation on sides and on the lid. I’ve brought it to the beach several times on days pushing 100°. It kept my drinks and food cold the whole time. It held up in the sand. Easy to clean out at the end of day.

I like the overall size and feel of the cooler but the zippers absolutely kill the experience. I will be returning mine this week.

Zipper is to hard to unzip and zip up. It’s heavier than we thought it would be. It doesn’t hold ice any better than the smaller backpack coolers. It needs more lubricant. I do like that it has a waist strap to help with carrying it

It doesn’t not keep ice cool. Just melts it right away

I purchased the cooler for my husband as a gift and the zipper was broken. I've called and emailed for an exchange but had no luck.

It is a great pack, I need something bigger than the 24 can size. The 24 can size is not bad for an overnight trip. But if you are using this cooler for multiple nights, go with the bigger size.

I’m waiting for a status update on my return. The zipper on the front pocket broke on first use. The summer’s disappearing quick!

Awesome cooler use it on a weekend trip and it was very handy to have ice lasted 3 days and water was still cold. 👍🏼

Planning to return or have replaced. Bought this for my husband and put half a bag of ice in for lunch and a few drinks and within four hours the water was completely melted. This would never last for a trip.

Received ok but came with a broken zipper. Returned and received by RTIC 6/23 and still waiting on my refund 2 weeks later.

This backpack cooler is awesome! Perfect for taking places you need to hike in or walk to without having to drag a traditional cooler. Perfect size for a family of 4

Cooler leaks out of the zipper. I even put the grease stuff they provide and did not help. I have only owned it for two weeks.

The shoulder strap is separating from the cooler from the first use at the beach. The cooler itself is great for keeping drinks cold. Any help from RTIC getting fixed would be appreciated.

It was a gift for our son and he’s very happy with it.
