Material rides up, and no very comfortable but does the job. I like the other materials a better.

After buying two pairs of the Leakproof Cotton Sleep Short, I wore one pair to bed with no tampon to see if it actually lives up to it's name. I will say that the fit and fabric is comfortable. However, this product does not "have my back". It leaked through the sides of my butt cheeks. Like a pad, the absorbing portion of the short only extends up the middle (butt crack). So any deviation of liquid is not caught outside of this area. The same happened with the second pair that wore around the house on the heaviest day of my period as a tester. It also leaked past the side lining of the absorbent area. For the heaviness of my own personal period, I think I will have to revert to wearing two ultra tampons, and these sleep shorts as the last ditch effort to catch should the tampons fill up. The search continues for something that works for me.

I’ve been a fan of reusable period products for years BEFORE it was cool. Just sayin’. I recently made the investment and these are so worth it. Previous brands I’ve tried weren’t like sleep shorts, others cut into your thighs or feel too rigid. These sit right and feel very comfy to wear because of the materiality. Not a review posting kind of person. But these are a worthy investment and save you $$$ in the long run, in my opinion.

Truly wonderful for sleep. They can be worn totally on their own with a comfy top and gives all-night peace. The fit is true to size. Total period freedom for the night but honestly, are also perfectly suitable for under a dress for all-day wear!

I have both the sleep shorts/boyshort style as well as the thongs for days right around my period. I’ve never left a review but this is one of the most simple but life changing products I have ever bought (at least for 1 week every month). I’ve already reordered more of both styles to keep me going through an entire cycle (7 shorts & 5 longs are PERFECT for me). I’ve found that cleaning on cold and drying keeps them super soft and I’ve only ever had rare leaks on high flow days or if I wear them too long. If you can set aside the money for a few pairs I highly recommend!!

Overall, I feel like they would hold a lot. But I’ve had them on for an hour, and it already went over the sides. So I feel like they need more padding on the sides. So now I’m having to change my clothes at the beginning of my workday because it did not hold anything. :/ They fit really nicely though

I LOVE these sleep shorts! I was skeptical, but they stay dry even if a little bleeds out of the absorbent pad. I tried a different brand of sleep shorts and they were bulky, uncomfortable after a while and gross. These are the best. Great coverage. I have four and want more.

They leaked.

This is the only saalt style that have a gusset not made for a five year old. Unfortunately, if you buy any others and inevitably bleed through them, they’ll ask you to SHIP THEM BACK TO THEM. In this day and age where period tracking apps and even my oura ring are giving my info out for money, I think it’s reprehensible that a company for women is asking us to do that. No one is trying to “abuse your policy” just trying to save our sheets from your poor design. Xoxo a years long buyer who won’t be buying again.

these ride up if you have any bit of meat on ur thighs, despite not feeling so secure. i don’t understand the point in having items in larger sizes if you aren’t going to account for the fit on larger bodies. i put these on around 10:30pm post-shower, around midnight i am already feeling anything but dry and i’m not even bleeding super heavy. im writing this at 2am, just having had to change out of them because i felt leakage and just disgusting overall. i’ve worn sleep shorts from other brands that might’ve not been as comfy as these are, but definitely worked better in terms of actually absorbing much much heavier nights.

I was thrilled to try these after loving other Saalt products, but I’m extremely disappointed with the quality and fit. The cotton is so thin that it’s completely see-through, and the gusset doesn’t work well with the fabric, so it doesn’t contour properly for leak protection. I feel sick knowing I bought four pairs, expecting the same quality I’ve loved. This was also my first time ordering directly from Saalt, and the interior packaging and product arrived a bit damp. I chalked it up to humidity and unfortunately washed them before trying, but I hope this isn’t a typical experience.

Leaked through almost immediately. And i barely bled into them and they’re supposed to be the most absorbent. It’s actually crazy. They leaked immediately into my pants.

I was really disappointed with these. I put them on thinking they’d fit similarly to my other sally products of the same size and they were so tight! Additionally within two hours of wearing them I had leaked through. I definitely wasn’t bleeding THAT much.

I loke these a lot for bedtime when my period is super heavy. My heart days are HEAVY so this is backup to my large sized cup. They hold up well and I like that the pad part covers the entire backside as when im laying down that seems to be where it leaks. I dont want to ruin my sheets! My only grips is that if you walk/move your hand over the pad part it reminds me of a diaper a bit. . . thats a little bothersome. I won't wear these out of the house.

I ordered the sleep shorts but had to get up after 4 hours and change. These did not work for me as overnight support. I also bought the other boy shorts and those I have to change about every 3 hours. I was looking for a pair I can wear to work and not change until about 4 hours in. I shouldn't have to wear overnight to achieve that.

Measured as XS but bought a small and it’s perfect, so they do run small. WICKED comfortable and hold up well to my average flow period, so I can’t speak on behalf of my heavy flow sisters. If you have an average flow, these are amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Suuuuuper bummed about these. I got them because I loved the color & fit - they seem okay but I don’t want to wear them as the width of padding seems way too small. It looks like the size of a thong so I know it won’t work.
