They are comfortable, but unfortunately they bleed through for me, even though my flow wasn’t heavy (I normally use light / regular tampons with no issue. ) If you wear these, I don’t recommend wearing them with tight sweats / pants.

I wish that the padding didn’t go up quite so high in the front, as I feel that it is unnecessary and a little less comfortable than it could be. Otherwise, great and I am glad I got two.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The comfort of not having to put something inside myself while I’m swollen has really changed the level of pain I experience on my period. I like the shorts because they feel more covered, less likely to leak, and a little higher wasted so the underwear doesn’t put pressure on my abdomen while it’s hurting. I love these, I bought one pair to try them out and now own four. Wouldn’t go back for anything.

These shorts are comfortable! I had no issues with sleeping with them on. Pair with a tank for easy lounging. The coverage was really nice too. The kind of "hold you in" like a hug. . . we can all use one of those from time to time! I will be purchasing another pair soon!

Honestly I wanted to love these shorts. I thought the absorbent crotch looked a little narrow. Being in perimenopause, I bleed heavy and thought this could do the job overnight. But alas, they did not.

Very comfortable. Does roll up a little on the leg but not bad. A little thicker than I expected but very comfortable and works well. Fabric is incredibly soft.

Very comfortable and well made, but the gusset is very narrow so I did experience leaking on a heavy flow day. I will still use these, but not overnight or on my heaviest days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to try the sleep shorts on what was probably my heaviest night and I woke at 3am to leaks on both sides. If it was one side, I probably would have wondered if they were just crooked but it was both sides. The “gusset” was still kind of dry, no leaks specifically there, but I had blood on the cotton part of the crotch on both sides of the “gusset”. I’ll probably try them again on a “less heavy” night next month. I usually only use one thicker pad at night and thought these would hold but they didn’t. Maybe if the gusset was wider in the crotch? It could have been not wide enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this underwear as a backup to the cup and I do feel the underwear works very well, but the padding can feel a bit bulky. But, outside of bulkiness it's actually a very comfortable pair of underwear to wear.
