Q: How are you supposed to include the erasers?
submitted by M - 8 months ago
A: Your kid can pass them out with the cards or you can buy a baggie.

Q: How are the erasers supposed to fit? This was so cute and here we are ready to write them out and there’s not way to do it without a bulge. This isnt good for a small kid. If someone has the answer please let me know….thanks!

It’s a cute idea, but the erasers do not fit in the envelopes and the envelopes do not seal. I ended up having to awkwardly tape every single one closed. I bought 2 packs and will definitely be returning the second pack!

These are so cute. I don’t understand how people are complaining about where to put erasers. For $4 this is a steal, the erasers are big and detailed, cards are cute. I personally would not want the cute envelope closed and have to rip out the card.

The box I got was missing two of the fruits so I only had 15 valentine cards. The fruit erasers are cute and incredibly detailed though.

Cute idea, but the erasers come with nothing to stick to the valentine. The fruit cards have a place for to/from, as does the envelope, which for some little kids means writing names twice. And, the envelopes have no moisture close or stickers, so we had to tape them closed.
Cute and appropriate for all ages

Very cute cards. Will need to use goodie bags to be able to fit the erasers. I don't get what "i pine for you" means though.

The packet says 24 but I'm missing a fruit card which was the orange. Supposed to be 4 of each one but I only got 3 oranges.

I really don’t get the negative reviews. At $4 these are a great value! Most class Valentine sets only came with 16 but this one is 24 for the same price, which is great since my son’s first grade class has 20 students. He loved the scented erasers and I loved not having to pay extra for candy or a trinket to include with his Valentines. The cards are really cute and the erasers are great quality for the money - good sized, fairly detailed, 3-D rather than flat, and the scent is neither too strong nor too weak. He groused a little about the eraser making the envelope hard to close, but just grabbed some tape to close it and was happy with that. No glue dots needed. I do agree with another reviewer on the phrases - some are a little awkwardly romantic for young kids. Not a big deal for pre-readers and even kids who can read probably won’t get what they mean anyway. He’s so excited to give these to his classmates!

Bought these for my daughters Kindergarten class. She thought the fruit jokes were so funny! I love that it came with erasers and I didn’t have to pass out candy with them.

These are cute, surprise bonus that there are 24 instead of 16 (we needed 24, glad I bought two though, my kinder likes to make extras for everyone she knows and a few for herself lol). Also a bonus that the erasers are larger and 3-dimensional, not the mini flat, they’re cute and seem like a more substantial fun trinket for kids. We also realized as others said, we had to use tape to seal the envelope shut, it wasn’t a big deal to me. The tiny sticker my kinder tried to use didn’t work, so we put tape over that. It’s lumpy and not that pretty on the outside but they’re for 5 yr olds, so I don’t really care. After reading these reviews, I maybe would’ve skipped the envelope and used glue dots to stick the erasers on the card, not sure how secure that would be. Also, people complaining that you have to put the pineapple in sideways is hilarious, I didn’t even notice or care-was just shoving them in with the erasers lol. My OCD would’ve like to match erasers to DQ cards, but again, I don’t really care, they’re a cute bargain and for children. The complaint I do have is that a few phrases aren’t really appropriate for a kids exchange, they’re just awkward for little kids with some “romantic” puns.
Disappointing and misleading

Should have read the reviews. The cards themselves are cute, but as others have said the erasers are too large to fit into the envelope, and the envelopes don't have any adhesive. So in order to make these work you need to plan ahead and have some other supplies on hand, like glue dots to attach the erasers on the outside of the envelope, and tape to close the envelopes...too bad I didn't know this ahead of time! Stuffing the erasers into the envelopes doesn't look great since they're so big, plus then it's hard to get the envelopes to stay closed even with tape. My kiddo was pretty disappointed with how these turned out.

Super cute! Be aware this says 16ct but it’s a box of 24 so I had ordered 2 boxes but wouldn’t have needed to. I agree it would be nice for there to be a way to attach or include the eraser but we are just putting the valentine and eraser inside some cheap treat bags.
Will not buy this style again

Erasers and cards are adorable but the envelopes don’t seal or even close with the thicker fruits. Also the only writing utensil we found to work on the card and not rub off was a permanent marker. Additionally the envelope doesn’t have a from section which my young was upset about because they were instructed to only fill out the from section.

Precious idea but there isn’t a way to seal the envelope. After purchasing, it’s awkward to have the erasers just on the side. I wish a glue dot would have been provided to attach the eraser to the envelope or something.
Cute, but poor packaging/quality from manufacturer

We only received 21...package advertised 24ct. Missing lime and pear, but had 3 of others. Erasers didn't match the cards. Very difficult to get in envelopes.

Very cute little cards. Not sure why it’s getting a lot of negative feedback on it. It’s only $4 what is that to expect? The pineapple cards fit if you put them upside down. Some people are saying hard to assemble? Like how is something like that hard to assemble? It’s literally just putting stickers inside of an envelope. I also loved the erasers. This year, I wanted to do something special for my team and since I work in an office so I will be handing these out along with some chocolate. All together I didn’t even spend $10 and was able to make 24 goodie bags. Love it!!
