Does not get tight at all very loose I never write reviews but had to me and my husband tried and tried to get it tight for rear facing and could not get it tight enough to where is would not move.

It is incredibly cheap in term of quality. Not super stable when installed in the car (it tends to move a little too much left and right). It is also difficult to put at the right incline as the only way to do so is by adjusting the front seat position. I would not recommend buying this product. Spend some more money and get a better one with decent quality.

We have been through 4 car seats and this one installs into the Jeep the best!! Jeeps are the worst cars to install car seats into in my experience and unfortunately we own one. We got this as an upgrade to the Jive model as my research suggested this was the updated version. The jive is great for travel, but this one installs even easier and has all the extra features that one is missing.

Perfect car seat!
This car seat literally checks every single box for me. It meets requirements for extended rear facing, it's cute, it's super easy to install, and very affordable! It's also incredibly lightweight and easy to move as needed. My child has so much room and is super comfortable. He did not like the car at all and spent most of the time crying but now that we have switched him to this seat we are not having any issues. I wish I would have done it sooner,

Impossible to install safely
I purchased this seat as a convertible option for my 10-month-old, and it’s horrible. There is no way to install it safely - in order to get the correct angle, the seat physically tips back (vs. the seat reclining while the base is stationary), which means that no matter how tight we got the LATCH straps, the seat will shift up into a more seated position when pushed on even just a little bit. With an extremely active baby, I just do not feel comfortable or confident putting her in this seat. Quick return for us.

This car seat is IMPOSSIBLE to install correctly. With the rear facing belt as tight as it will possibly go, the back of the seat will still move a lot. The base just isn't hefty enough. I actually don't know how these haven't been recalled yet.

Although i love the chair,its comfortable or so i think so because my baby has not cried and she falls asleep every car ride. I wish delivery was smoother. I’ve ordered two of the same car seats^ and BOTH,the boxes have came very beat up and torn. This second one I received,the box was torn and you could see the chair inside. I dont know where Target items get delivered from but i hope they will be more careful. Other than that love the chair and price.
