I just purchased it and use it for the first time, it heats up quickly and does the job.

For it's budget price, this steamer does the job. It does produce a lot of steam quickly. It is stationary. It has no wheels. The hose is a rubber-like composition instead of being heavy woven fabric wrapped, like more expensive models. It is not self cleaning. Please use distilled water or you will soon have a calcified heating element that does not function. The water reservoir holds a lot of water. One major problem is the collapsible hangar. It constantly retracts and folds down when a garment is placed on it. It does have a warranty.

This steamer has been performing well so far. Mostly used it for dress shirts and pants. If you are expecting perfect results, stick with the traditional iron, otherwise this could be the solution for people who want universal garment steamer.
