We do not believe that the product itself healed the injury, but kept the area clean so the body did not have to worry about infection.

A: Hi there Lisa. If you have a wound on your face that you'd like flushed out and cleaned, then you can use the product on your face. We would highly recommend you cover your eyes and possibly mouth as I'm sure you don't want to get the saline water near there. If you avoid the eyes and mouth and brace a little bit for the pressure, there should be no issues.

Pick up in store, no protective cover cap on spray head, nor in the shopping bag. Last time ordered pick up a hand soap in store, got a broken head as well. The sorting/quality controlled staff or whom pick items for order pick up, should be more careful.

DO NOT BUY. this product comes out at a super high velocity like you're getting hit with a water gun directly into your wound. it is awful. who ever thought this was a good idea for fresh wounds needs to suck a lemon.

I was excited to use this for cleaning a serious wound. It worked once and then never sprayed again. I can shake & feel the liquid but it won’t come out. Plus $10 for a little sterile water is absurd.

Nozzle is on jet mode and super powerful! BUT use an old (clean) makeup brush. Spray the solution onto the brush, and gently clean your ears with the brush! Works like a charm ☺️

It is a great first aid product to have on hand at all times. I have used sterile saline wound wash on delicate areas that cannot tolerate heavy cleansers that can irritate the wound more. Also it is recommended for keeping new and old piercings clean.
