Strengthened Nails
My nails are really weak, partly from genetics and partly from bad habits. Because of this, my nail polish chips off the third or second day after I paint my nails. After using this base coat, My nail polish lasted almost a week before chipping, and my nails bent less in general. This is a great buy if you're looking to strengthen your nails or just make you nail polish last longer!

The worst. Makes nails chip the next day.
It makes my nail polish start chipping the day after I do it, and that's using other Sally Hansen products with it. Normally I use the Sally Hansen Pure hardener and the Pure top coat and it's 4 or 5 days until it chips. Doing my nails takes way too much time for them to start chipping the next day. You'll notice that only four of the now $179 reviews are verified purchases. The rest are promotional. I always filter those out for a true picture.

I've always been a FAN!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this base when I gave myself a nice mani pedi....went with the Frenchie design....it came out FLAWLESS!!....I'm not nail tech just blessed with decent skills to make the job look good! I was not disappointed....my pedi actually lasted longer than 2 weeks....I purposely waited to see how long it would be before there was chipping. My nails lasted 3 whole weeks!! Definitely recommend

Great Base Coat

I have pretty strong nails to begin with so I'm not upset about that. Between this and the top coat my polish lasted a solid week. I definitely will continue to use.

Decent base
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really liked this base coat. My mani left like it survived longer than normal. I work with my hand a lot and usually see my mani chipping after a few short day. Having them last longer by a few more days for me is great. I would recommend this.

This made my nails feel a lot stronger! It dries really fast and doesn’t have an overwhelming smell. Such a great strengthener and I will definitely keep on using it!

This stuff works!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have very weak nails because I get acrylics done a few times a year and fill them often. I took them off about a month ago and my nails were bending/breaking when I did anything. I used this nail strengthening base and the results were almost immediate!! I reapplied every couple of days for a few weeks and my nails feel stronger than ever! I would definitely recommend.

Perfect DIY

This product is great for those inbetween salon days or if you have a job that doesn't allow acrylics. The basecoat gives a subtle/natural shine and I have seen a noticeable difference in my nail strength this past month. I will be adding this to my daily routine.

Shiny Base
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tested this base coat out and it's pretty good. My nails are fairly strong already but they kept the strength while using the base coat. It dries shiny but had a tackiness to it. The tackiness helped the nail polish coat go on mostly smooth. The only improvement I would recommend is a smoothing aspect to help people with ridges like myself. It could also be worn alone.
