Horrible
The prior bleaching creame worked so well and gentle amd effective. The new one takes very long to work and burnt my skin and still not close to the result i want very disappointed in the second bleaching cream

Terrible
I was a loyal user of the old formula, but this new one barely lightens my hair. I have thick, dark hair both on my face and body. The old formula took care of it no problem, the new one barely lightens at all. Please ditch this and bring back the old formula

Effective and easy
This is an item that is used got generations in my home. I grew up watching my mom use it and now use it myself and couldn’t imagine getting rid of dark colored facial hair any other way. Gentle but effective. Easier and cheaper than other upkeep.

Disappointed
I've been using this product for over 20 years and the new formula is not that great!! My skin is sensitive and now I have a burned mark on my forehead ( yes I bleached it because of my dark hairs) I followed the instructions and somehow it happened. Never had issue before. Also, it barely lightened my upper lip.

Wash skin first!!!
This works okay. Has to set longer for darker hair. Absolutely pay attention to the warning on the instructions of this product about washing skin before using. I used it on my face after washing and didn't want to waste the leftovers. So I decided to clean up the back of my neck with it. I forgot to wash my neck prior. The chemicals began to burn my neck from mixing with whatever hair products I must've had leftover on my neck. It also happened fairly quickly. So, otherwise, I like this product to help lighten skin and the fuzzy facial area.

HORRIBLE NEW FORMULA, it doesn't work anything like the old. You have to use it much much longer to get even close to the result which in turn cause the skin to become irritated and the smell is not pleasant at all. So very disappointed due to now having to find something else that works. Bring back the old formula. If I was able to give 0 stars I would.

I have been using this product for 40 years and never switched brands because it worked that good and was always consistent. But I have to say this new formula does not work as good- it's harder to apply( you have to keep going over it to cover) it doesn't rinse off easy and it doesn't deliver the results that used to last almost a month. It's enough that I may have to switch to another brand which I wouldn't want to do.

New Formula Doesn’t Work Nearly as Well!
I loved the way the old formula lightened the dark hair on my upper lip and was a very loyal customer and have been for decades. Well, now the “New Formula” doesn’t even come close to working as well. Frankly, it’s terrible…it has a very nice scent and great mixing tray and spatula BUT it doesn’t work! Had to reapply the new formula 3 times to get even close to the results of old formula. New formula IS NOT an improvement! Guess I will just have to look for other options. DISAPPOINTED loyal customers here!

Old formula way better
Doesn’t work as well as the old formula at all 😭 they must have switched to a new formula because I could go 4-6 weeks without bleaching my arm hair and now after literally a week I start noticing dark hairs again. The new formula sucks.

Changed formula. Doesn’t work
I have used sally hanson face bleach for years. It is changed to a pink cream. It does not work very well at all. Very disappointed. I have tried it several times and it just does not work very well.

New Formula is AWFUL
I’ve been using this bleach for years and now i have to look for a new product because the formula has been changed and it’s terrible. it burned so bad and gave me a rash yet this formula seems weaker as my hairs turned orange rather than the blonde the old formula did. i dont know how it managed to get diluted yet burns more. i’m so disappointed, why fix something that isn’t broken?? the only plus is it smells better which isn’t worth it. i’ll no longer be using this product. please go back to the old one!

I like this alooot
I absolutely fell in love with the bleached eyebrow version of myself, and as you can see in this photo, there’s another box of it that I might just use again. I absolutely love this facial bleach, cream, or whatever simply because it’s specifically made for the faith so if you’re going for that platinum bro look, you don’t have to feel scared that you put bleach on your brows, even though wemay have done it before don’t be alarmed Sally Hansen has a better option. Of course I definitely had great results with this bleach. It works really great and brightens up the browse nicely

New formula burned my skin after 5 min. Left my skin purple! Can not believe this happened! Can’t walk around in my home without make up for a few days. Feeling so uncomfortable . . I hope it heels quick. :(

The new formula does not work. I have been using Sally Hansen bleach for over 25 years, and it always did the job. This new formula is a waste of time and money. Please, please go back to the old formula.
