A: I have a 65 inch class Q60 QLED 4K tv I purchased last December. Unfortunately it fell and was damaged during installation 2 days after purchase. I this unit other than size the same thing.

A: TB - While Motion Xcelerator cannot be turned off as this is just the name of Samsung's motion technology, you sure can enable/disable/customize your Picture Clarity (formerly Auto Motion Plus) settings. This is our second Samsung QLED TV. Picture quality is great. Easily connects to sound bar. We stream all TV content. No cable TV or, satellite. Both TV’s operate using wifi connection only. Solid connections. Consistent performance. I do recommend, with two caveats. One, our new 70” came with a remote that contains no replaceable batteries. It is solar powered, which is great but, the ergonomics of this new remote are less than ideal. Our remote with the older 55” QLED has a more pleasing shape and weight that both my wife and I prefer over the new remote. It is flat and light and easily fumbled and not as intuitive to use due to the feel. Second, I recently discovered both my Samsung TV’s will occasionally automatically switch my picture mode to “Film maker” setting. When this occurs, I have been unable to change the picture mode setting to my preference. As I have a degenerative eye disease, the “Film maker” modes is unacceptable for my vision limitations. As of this writing, I am still unable to correct this setting when Samsung make the automatic change. As a result, I am unable to watch some movies.

I find Samsung TVs extremely hard to set up. I had to call YouTube tv to help me load. Why is that app not preloaded ? Once set up it is ok to move between apps but not easy. The picture is very good.

I bought 65" Class QLED 4K Q60D some months ago and enjoy it except for a few issues. The main issue is th remote control. It is small, as no ‘last’ button to return to a previous channel nor any ability to quickly get to another channel. You must scroll the channels on by one. This is tedious and uncomfortable to my thumbs. As a matter of fact, I am having discomfort in my hands and thumbs which I think is coming from the small remote. It’s also difficult to get the sound right. I have to cut the volume up so loud in such a small apartment to hear we’ll.
